Tigers have stripes and an be many different colours. Deer, buffalo and boar are some of the prey animals that tigers hunt, tough they can sometimes attack monkeys, birds and fish. Like lions, tigers tend to avoid elephants and rhinos as these are dangerous to them. They once lived all over Asia, but their numbers have been greatly reduced by being hunted by humans.
